Right of Withdrawal
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive for their production.
Contracts for the supply of goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., products with individually selected prints, personalized texts, or designs).
Exceptions
If the delivered product is defective or does not match your order (e.g., due to manufacturing defects, incorrect design, or wrong size), you have the right to request a replacement delivery or return the item.
