The SPC015 pump controller is the ideal choice for energy-efficient and versatile control/regulation of your pump application. Wired and tested to standards, the SPC015 delivers the quality you expect from Sourcetronic. The integrated ST500 frequency inverter combines numerous electronic protection functions with advanced digital technology. Extensive inverter functions are accessed and adjusted via a detachable control panel featuring a two-line LED display, multifunction dial, and seven keys. Inverter parameters can be conveniently saved on the display for easy transfer to additional controllers.
This pump controller is a professional solution for operating pumps in industrial, craft, and municipal wastewater applications. The SPC015 offers both manual and automatic modes, selectable via a rotary switch on the cabinet door. In manual mode, the pump runs at the frequency set by the cabinet-door potentiometer. In automatic mode, the integrated PID controller regulates pump speed. Control can be based on any process value (e.g. pressure or level), with the actual value transmitted to the inverter via a suitable transmitter (0–10 V or 4–20 mA). The setpoint is adjusted on the inverter control panel, and optionally the PID setpoint can be assigned to the potentiometer.
